ISP & Connectivity

Bandwidth, circuits and last-mile access carried on our own network — so connectivity and compute come from one provider, on one SLA, through one support desk.

Services

What this division operates

From a single business circuit to transit for another network. Availability and delivery method depend on the address, so every enquiry starts with a coverage check.

Enterprise internet leased lines

Dedicated, symmetric, uncontended bandwidth with committed availability and a defined restoration window — the circuit type a business can actually run on.

  • Symmetric, 1:1 uncontended capacity
  • Static IP allocations
  • SLA-backed availability and MTTR
  • Optional redundant secondary path

Broadband & last-mile access

Fibre-to-the-premises and fixed wireless delivery for business sites and higher-tier residential users across our serviceable areas.

  • FTTH / FTTB delivery
  • Fixed wireless where fibre is impractical
  • Business-grade support tiers
  • Router and CPE supply

IP transit & bandwidth

Wholesale capacity and transit for networks, hosting providers and enterprises running their own BGP edge.

  • BGP sessions with IPv4 and IPv6 transit
  • Committed and burstable billing
  • Peering via exchange presence
  • Direct cross-connect at our facilities

SD-WAN & site connectivity

Multi-site networking for organisations with branches, warehouses or retail locations that need to reach each other and the data center.

  • Site-to-site and hub-and-spoke topologies
  • Direct connectivity into our data center
  • Managed CPE and monitoring
  • Failover across diverse paths
The network

Built so one failure is never your outage

The connectivity division runs on the same principle as the rest of the group: no single upstream, no single path and no single device should be able to take a customer offline. Circuits are engineered with redundancy where the service level calls for it, and the network is monitored by the same 24 × 7 NOC that watches the data center floor.

Because we own both ends — the circuit and the rack it terminates in — there is no hand-off between a bandwidth vendor and a hosting vendor when something degrades. One team sees the whole path.

Service parameters vary by product and address — confirmed at quotation.

Why buy both from us

One provider from the premises to the rack

Splitting connectivity and hosting across two vendors is how outages become arguments. Keeping them together removes the argument.

No vendor ping-pong

Circuit and server on one ticket, with one team that can see both ends of the path.

Shorter path to your data

Direct connectivity into the facility your workloads already run in.

One contract, one invoice

Bandwidth, hosting, managed operations and security on a single commercial relationship.

Getting a quote

Every circuit starts with a coverage check

Delivery method, lead time and pricing all depend on the address, so we confirm what is serviceable at your location before quoting rather than after. Send us the sites and we will come back with options and timelines.

Useful to include

  • Site location(s) and full address
  • Capacity you need, and current provider
  • Whether you need transit, access, or both
  • Target timeline for the change
  • Whether the site should connect to our data center
  • Whether you require a redundant second path

Bandwidth and compute, from one company.

Take the circuit and the rack from the same provider and the finger-pointing stops being your problem to manage.
