About Teralax
An infrastructure group, built division by division.
Teralax Web Services is the parent brand for a set of related infrastructure businesses. We started in the data center, and we are extending outward into the network that connects to it.
Who we are
Terralax Web Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is an owner-operated infrastructure company. We are not a reseller layered over somebody else's panel — we run the portal, the automation, the monitoring and the support desk ourselves, and our engineers hold the credentials that matter.
The group trades publicly as Teralax. Our registered corporate identity remains Terralax Web Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., and both spellings refer to the same company. Customer-facing properties are consolidating onto the teralax spelling.
What we believe
Infrastructure is a promise about availability, and a promise is only as good as the person on the other end of the ticket. That shapes how we are organised: small teams with deep ownership, clear escalation, and no commercial incentive to hide behind an upstream vendor.
We would rather say no to a workload we cannot host well than win it and under-deliver. Every division is staffed by people who operate the thing they sell, which is why the group has grown one capability at a time rather than by badging somebody else's service as our own.

A note on the domain move
Our hosting portal is consolidating onto teralax.cloud. Existing customers who bookmarked the previous address will be redirected; service credentials, invoices and tickets are unaffected by the change.
